Red Wyvern
This piece is inspired by the rich folklore of Somerset and features the eye of a red dragon, famously seen on the county's flag. The red dragon is more than just a symbol, it’s a legend in an area steeped in history and is once believed to be the emblem of King Alfred the Great. Somerset is a land of misty hills, ancient tales and myths and I wanted to capture a little piece of that magic.
Beautifully handpainted with acrylics on a upcycled tea bag making it a unique, unusual and sustainable piece of art.
The painting comes mounted and framed in a black 6" x 6" square acrylic box frame, with mount *
