Autumn Equinox
This magical scene is beautifully handpainted with acrylics on an upcycled tea bag, making it an unique, unusual and sustainable piece of art.
The autumn equinox is a moment of perfect balance when day and night are equal. The word 'equinox' comes from the Latin 'equi' – meaning equal, and 'nox' – meaning night. From this point on, the days will grow shorter as we descend into the darker months of winter.
In honour of this, I’ve created a special piece on a reused tea bag, symbolizing the beauty of this seasonal shift. As the leaves begin to fall and nature prepares for rest, it's a reminder for us to reflect, let go, and embrace our own transformations.
The painting comes mounted and framed in a black or white 6" x 6" square acrylic box frame, with mount
Perfect for brightening up a shelf or side.
